Nuclear accident could bing physical and psychological effects for the public. Besides some casualties of radiation disease, after math sequelae could be intense and of long duration which represent stress ,full syndrome disorder , depression, anxiety, excessive alcohol use and some physical symptom of high blood pressure,somatic complaints and cardiovascular disease. These two aspects could affect and transmit with each other in the perspertive of medical psychology. This article discussed on the puhlic health impact of nuclear disaster and analyzed how to control and depress it.%核事故给公众带来的健康问题包括身体危害和心理影响.除少数事故伤员为放射性疾病外,核事故的灾后综合征对公众影响更为持久.包括紧张、情绪紊乱、压抑、焦虑、酗酒等精神方面的表现,也包括高血压、全身不适、心血管疾病等临床表现症状.从医学心理学的角度看,这两方面的表现症状是相互影响、相互转化的结果.现讨论国内外一些核事故对公众健康的影响,并分析如何控制和降低核事故给公众带来的健康影响.
