鼻内镜下鼻腔扩容术治疗鼻中隔偏曲95例

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nasal dilatancy surgery in endoscopic nasal for deviation of nasal septum. Methods 95 cases with deviation of nasal septum treated by nasal septum, middle turbinate,inferior turbinate,uncinate process and other structural simultaneous orthopedic surgery expansion in nasal endoscopic. Results 95 cases were followed up for more than 6 months, excellence 82 cases ( 86％ ),effective 13 cases( 14％ ),invalid 0 case. Conclusion Nasal septum, middle turbinate,inferior turbinate,uncinate process and other structural simultaneous orthopedic surgery expansion in nasal endoscopic was obviously effective for deviation of nasal septum.%目的 探讨鼻内镜下鼻腔扩容术治疗鼻中隔偏曲的临床效果.方法 在鼻内镜下行鼻中隔、中鼻甲、下鼻甲、钩突等多结构同步矫形扩容术治疗鼻中隔偏曲95例.结果 术后随访半年以上,显效82例(86%),有效13例(14%),无效0例.结论 采用鼻内镜下行鼻中隔、中鼻甲、下鼻甲、钩突等多结构同步矫形扩容术治疗鼻中隔偏曲具有较好的治疗效果.
