帕金森病患者的认知功能障碍

摘要

Parkinson disease( PD )is common in the elderly with chronic neurodegenerative diseases , patients not only have severe motor dysfunction , cognitive dysfunction is very prominent, and affect the quality of life of patients, which leads people's more and more attention. In the paper, cognitive dysfunction in PD mechanism of injury, PD in the visual space ,executive function , memory , language , cognitive aspects such as damage to the main performance-related cognitive impairment in PD diagnostic criteria,assessment aspects of scale and treatment are reviewed.%帕金森病(PD)是中老年人常见的慢性神经系统变性疾病,患者不仅有严重的运动功能障碍,其认知功能障碍也很突出,并影响患者的生活质量,越来越受到人们的关注.现就PD患者认知功能障碍损害的机制,PD患者在视空间、执行功能、记忆、语言等认知方面损害的主要表现,PD相关认知功能障碍的诊断标准、评定量表和治疗等方面进行简要综述.
