三维CT扫描颅骨凹陷粉碎型骨折96例诊治体会

摘要

Objective To approach the considerable meaning of using three-dimensional CT scan to diagnose and treat comminuted depressed skull fracture of skull.Methods Retrospective analysis of 96 patients of comminuted depressed skull fracture from June 2004 to May 2010, based on three-dimensional CT scan informations,using different opertative methods.Results 9 of them used non opertative methods, and 87 of them used opertative methods.29 of the patients used opertative methods by skull esquillectomy, and after 4-6 months used the method of skull osteoplasty.58 of them completed the operation by once.Conclusion Three-dimensional CT scan gives reliable foundation to diagnose and treat conminuted depressed skull fracture, and the patients can receive better curative effect.%目的 探讨三维CT扫描对颅骨凹陷性粉碎型骨折诊断治疗的意义.方法 回顾性分析2004年6月至2010年5月收治的96例颅骨凹陷粉碎型骨折患者,根据三维CT扫描资料,采取不同的手术方式治疗.结果 9例患者行非手术治疗,87例患者采取手术治疗.其中29例先行颅骨碎骨片清除术,术后4 ~6个月择期行颅骨修补术.58例患者行一次性手术治疗.结论 三维CT扫描对颅骨凹陷粉碎型骨折患者诊断及治疗方法提供了确切的依据,患者可得到较好的疗效.
