应用系统脱敏法治疗功能性胃肠病的研究

摘要

Objective To explore methods and feasibility of systematic desensitization therapy in functional gastrointestinal diseases( FGIDs ). Methods 84 patients with FGIDs were divided into pharmacological treatment ( A ) and system desensitization therapy group( B ), Group A was treated with conventional pharmacological treatment, Group B was treated with conventional pharmacological treatment plus psycological therapy( system desensitization therapy ). Self-rating depression scale ( SDS ) and self-rating anxiety scale ( SAS ) were used to evaluate the therapeutic effects. Results The diffrences in the clinical symptoms, SDS, and SAS of the two groups are of statistical significance ( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion System desensitization therapy is an effective treatment for functional gastrointestinal disease.%目的 探讨系统脱敏法治疗功能性胃肠病(FGIDs)的可行性.方法 选取84例FGIDs患者,随机分为药物治疗组(A组)和系统脱敏疗法组(B组),A组采用常规的药物治疗,B组采取常规药物治疗加心理治疗(系统脱敏疗法),应用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评定治疗效果.结果 从临床症状、SDS、SAS评分分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 系统脱敏疗法是治疗功能性胃肠病的有效方法.
