药品不良反应364例分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the regularity and characteristic in cases of adverse drug reaction ( ADR )reported by the hospital, establish perfect monitoring regulations, and promote the rational use of clinical drugs.Methods 364 ADR cases collected from our hospital in January 2008 to December 2010 were classified and analyzed statistically, including men 218 cases and women 218 cases, age 13 to 88 years old.Results 364 cases of ADR were related to the use of antibacterial drugs,Chinese medical quality,intravenous drug use and the age.The incidence of ADR in male( 59.9％ )was higher than that in female( 40.1％ ).Skin and its attachments damage were the most common clinical manifestations.Conclusion Antimicrobial drugs must be strictly controlled and applied reasonably in clinic.The quality supervision and management of Chinese drug injection must be implemented, at the same time pay attention to drug application for elderly patients.The drug indications must be strictly mastered in clinical medication, so as to achieve safe, effective and rational drug use, consequntently, reduce the incidence of ADR.%目的 了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生特点及引发ADR的相关因素,建立完善的ADR监测制度,促进临床合理用药.方法 收集2008年1月至2010年12月364例ADR 患者(男218例,女146例,年龄13 ～88岁),并把收集的这些ADR患者进行统计、分类和分析.结果 364例ADR的发生与抗菌类药物的使用、中药注射剂质量、静脉给药和患者年龄有关;男性(59.9%)高于女性(40.1%),皮肤及其附件损害是ADR常见临床表现.结论 抗菌类药物使用要严格掌握和合理应用,中药注射剂要进行质量监督和管理,同时要关注老年用药.临床用药务必严格掌握用药指征,才能做到安全、有效、合理用药,从而降低ADR的发生率.
