纳米药物载体转运药物通过血脑屏障的研究进展

             

摘要

Blood-brain barrier is an important structure which maintains the homeostasis within the brain and ensuring effective metabolites transportation and preventing harmful substance from the brain.However,it also becomes the main obstacle of the entrance of the therapeutic drugs for central nerval system into the brain.With the great development of nanotechnology, various novel nano drug carriers such as polymer nanoparticles, ligand-mediated nano drugs and the nano drugs used in gene therapy have greatly increased the treating effect of central nerval system diseases due to more effective trasportation of the drug through the bloodbrain barrier thanks to the features of targetting, controllable releasing and biocompatibility etc.%血脑屏障是维持大脑生理稳态的重要结构,可以有效地转运脑内的代谢产物,并且阻止有害物质进入脑内.然而,血脑屏障也成为阻碍中枢神经系统治疗药物进入脑的主要障碍.随着纳米技术的蓬勃发展,聚合物纳米颗粒、配体介导的纳米药物、用于基因治疗的纳米药物等多种新型纳米药物载体,由于具有靶向性、可控释放性、生物相容性等特点,能够比传统方法更有效地转运药物通过血脑屏障,提高其对中枢神经系统疾病的治疗效果.
