骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗心肌梗死的研究进展

摘要

Bone mesenchymal stem cells( BMSCs )are a kind of non-hemopoietic stem cell,which has multiple differentiation potential and self-duplicate function. BMSCs transplantation has unexampled superiority in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction as compared with the traditional therapy. It can differentiate activated myocardium in infracted myocardium, vessel, endothelium and so on, and ameliorate cardiac function. But the optimal therapeutic method of BMSCs transplantation, the optimal therapeutic opportunity, evaluation means, long-term safety and so on, are all in question. With the development of bioengineering technology,BMSCs transplantation will be another great breakthrough in the treatment of myocardial infarction after coronary angioplasty.%骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)是一种具有多向分化潜能和自我复制功能的非造血干细胞.BMSCs移植在治疗急性心肌梗死方面已经表现出传统治疗方法无可比拟的优越性.BMSCs可以在梗死的心肌中分化形成有功能活化的心肌、血管、内皮等组织,从而改善心脏的功能.但对于BMSCs移植的最佳治疗途径、最佳治疗时机、评价手段和长期安全性等仍存在着质疑.随着细胞生物工程技术的发展,BMSCs移植将成为血管成形术后另一种治疗心肌梗死的突破性的治疗方法.
