加巴喷丁治疗神经病理性疼痛的研究进展

摘要

加巴喷丁系新型抗癫痫药,近年来成为治疗神经病理性疼痛(NPP)的一线用药,如治疗带状疱疹后神经痛、糖尿病痛性神经病变、癌性NPP等.虽然加巴喷丁治疗NPP的确切机制仍不明确,但是更多的证据倾向于对N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体和钙通道拮抗两种机制.加巴喷丁治疗NPP是安全的,患者有较好的耐受性,最常见的不良反应是眩晕、嗜睡.现就近年来国内外应用加巴喷丁治疗NPP的研究进展予以综述.%Gabapentin is a new antiepileptic agent which has recently become the first-line drug frequently used to treat neuropathic pain( NPP ), such as post-herpetic neuralgia, diabetic peripheral neuropathy pain and carcinomatous neuropathy pain and so on. Although the precise mechanism of gabapentin to treat NPP is not clear yet,more and more evidences have leaned towards the two mechanisms of N-Methy-D-Aspartat receptor and calcium channel antagonism. Gabapentin is safe and with good patient tolerability in treating NPP,commonly seen side effects are vertigo and hypersomnia. Here is to review the development of gabapentin treating NPP inside and outside China.
