中医药在无复流防治中的地位与作用机制研究

摘要

The prevention and treatment of No-reflow after revascularization in acute myocardial infarction patients is the significant problem of coronary reperfusion therapy.The mechanism of No-reflow is very complex.Recently many studies show that the use of traditional medicine under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory reveals the effect of multiple levels and multitarget, and also, the curative effect is obvious.These embody the overall advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.In addition, pharmacological studies also primarily clarifv mechanisms of Chinese medicine, such as inhibiting inflammation, anti-platelet aggregation and scavenge oxygen free radicals,etc.In a word,the Chinese medicine has irreplaceable important Status in the prevention and treatment of No-reflow.%急性心肌梗死患者血运重建后无复流的防治是冠状动脉再灌注治疗中亟待解决的问题.无复流发生机制复杂.近来众多研究表明,在中医理论指导下运用传统中药,在防治无复流方面往往显示出多层面、多靶点效应,疗效显著,体现了中医药的整体特色优势.并且药理研究也初步阐明中药的部分作用机制,如抑制炎性反应、抗血小板聚集、清除氧自由基等.总之,中药在无复流防治中有着不可替代的重要地位.
