成人股骨头坏死的诊治新进展

摘要

股骨头坏死(ONFH)是一种进展性破坏性疾病,早期诊断和早期治疗是获得最佳疗效的前提.而选择正确的ONFH分级标准,确定ONFH的部位、范围和程度,选择合适的个体化治疗方案则是治疗的关键所在.近年来成人ONFH的治疗方法已经取得较大进展,现就ONFH的诊治标准、临床分级、治疗方法以及未来的诊治前景予以综述,旨在进一步提高对ONFH的临床认识和治疗水平.%Osteonecrosis of the femoral head( ONFH )is a kind of progressive devastating disease, early diagnosis and treatment is precondition for optimal efficacy. The clinical key which include selecting the correct grading standards, determining the position, extent, degree of ONFH and selecing the appropriate individualized treatment for it. In recent yeats, diagnosis and treatment of adult ONFH has made great progress,which will be reviewed the standards of diagnosis and treatment, clinical stage, therapy and the future prospects in the paper. The aim is to further improve the clinical understanding and treatment of ONFH.
