奥沙利铂周围神经毒性防治的研究进展

摘要

Oxaliplatin is a common drug widely used in malignancy tumors( especially gastrointestinal malignancy tumor ), but its clinical application is obviously constrained by its dose-limiting peripheral neurotoxicity. Currently, the abnormality of sodium channel and the deposit of platinum are considered to be connected with the toxicity. There is no standard method of prevention and treatment for this neurotoxicity now, while calcium magnesium elixir, reduced Glutathione and glutamine are believed to play some preventive and curative role though not totally satisfving.%奥沙利铂是常用的抗肿瘤药物,在多种恶性肿瘤尤其是胃肠道肿瘤中应用广泛,但剂量限制性周围神经毒性使其临床应用明显受限.该毒性可能与钠通道异常、铂成分积累有关,目前对该毒性尚无标准的防治方法,钙镁合剂、还原型谷胱甘肽以及谷氨酰胺等药物可能有一定的防治作用,但疗效不尽人意,更好的防治方法有待进一步探讨.
