血红蛋白G病的研究进展

摘要

Hemoglobin G( HbG )disease is one of the abnormal hemoglobins ,which distributes widely in the world, and icludes mang types such as HbG Audbaii, HbG Coushatta, HbG Taipei and so on. HbG Chinese and HbG Taipei are specific types in our country, through lab analysis of mostly electrophoresis and amino acid sequencing to determine the varied amino acid to decide the mutation type,most of HbG are neutral variants and usually have no clinical symptoms, few types having hematological abnormalities and anemia. In-depth study of HbG diseas has greater significance in aristogenesis, national migration and other aspects.%血红蛋白G(HbG)病是异常血红蛋白的一种,在全世界范围内,HbG分布较广,包括较多类型,如HbG Audbaii、HbG Coushatta和HbG Taipei等.国内报道的HbG Chinese和HbG Taipei为我国所特有,实验分析多为电泳法和氨基酸测序,通过测定变异的氨基酸从而确定突变类型,大多数类型HbG属中性突变,一般不产生临床症状,少数类型有血液学异常和贫血.深入研究HbG病对于优生优育及民族迁移等方面的问题具有重要意义.
