曲美他嗪治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭84例疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of trimetazidine for treatment of patients with chronic congestive heart failure.Methods Eighty-four cases of patients with chronic with heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group( 42 cases ) and control group( 42 cases ).The control group was applied conventional anti-heart failure therapy.The treatment group was given trimetazidine( 20 mg, three times a day )based on the conventional therapy.After 6 months therapy courses, the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter( LVEDD ),left ventricular ejection fraction ( LVEF ), left ventricular end-systolic diameter( LVESD ) and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were evaluated pre and post treatment.Results After 6 months treatment, the treatment group, obvious effective cases 19, effective cases 20, noneffective cases 3; the corresponding numbers of the control group were 11,16,15 respecitvely.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant ( P ＜ 0.05 ).As for the cardiac function indexes, including LVEDD, LVEF, LVESD of the treatment group were better than those of the control group( P ＜ 0.01 ); adverse drug reactions were slightly minor in the treatment group.Conclusion Long-term use of trimetazidine can improve cardiac function of patients with chronic congestive heart failure, safely and effectively.%目的 观察曲美他嗪治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效及安全性.方法 慢性充血性心力衰竭患者84例,随机分为对照组和治疗组.对照组给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪20 mg,3次/d,两组疗程均为6个月.观察两组治疗前后临床疗效、左心室舒张末内径、左心室射血分数、左心室收缩末期内径及药物不良反应等.结果 治疗6个月后,治疗组显效19例,有效20例,无效3例;对照组显效11例,有效16例,无效15例.两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组左心室舒张末内径、左心室射血分数、左心室收缩末期内径间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组发生药物不良反应少而轻微.结论 慢性充血性心力衰竭者长期服用曲美他嗪可使心功能改善,安全有效.
