心力衰竭动物模型研究进展

摘要

心力衰竭动物模型研究心力衰竭的发病机制、病理改变及疾病的诊断和治疗起着重要作用,但不同造模方法对研究心力衰竭的领域有所差异,并且方法的选择还要考虑实验设备、技术、经费、时间等问题.为能更好地研究心力衰竭,现对近年来常用心力衰竭模型的制作方法及其应用,以及基因技术在心力衰竭研究中的应用等方面予以综述.%Heart failure animal models of heart failure pathogenesis, pathology and disease diagnosis and treatment plays an important role, but different methods of modeling the field of heart failure is different, and the choice of methods should also he considered experimental equipment , technology , funds , time and other issues. In order to better research of heart failure,heart failure model is commonly used in recent years,the production method and its applications,and application of gene technology research in heart failure has done a review.
