充血性心力衰竭动物模型的研究进展

摘要

充血性心力衰竭是心血管疾病中可致患者住院率和病死率高的主要原因之一.至今临床上针对心力衰竭的治疗依然只是延缓疾病的进展,并无长久有效的治本之计.了解各类心力衰竭的发生机制,研究出更根本的治疗措施,进而降低心力衰竭的发病率和病死率是目前亟待解决的问题.目前,大多关于心力衰竭机制的研究都建立在动物模型的基础上,现探讨的就是在此类研究中,如何更有依据和更具针对性的选择实验动物以及建模方式.%Congestive heart failure(HF) is the leading cause of patients' death all over the world. Current treatments are primarily still focus on slowing the progression,and do not provide special effect of clinical treatment and diagnosis. Therefore,a clear understanding of the mechanism of HF can help finding the target treatment and reducing the morbidity and mortality of HF. Currently,the vast majority of bas-ic scientific experiments are conducted using animal models,here we will discuss how to design an experiment in a more accurate and suffi-cient way in future research.
