喉罩在呼吸内科危重患者抢救中的应用

摘要

Objective To study the rescue methods of establishing artificial airway with proseal laryngeal mask on critical patients in the respiratory internal medicine department.Methods Establish artificial airway with proseal laryngeal mask on 68 patients with respiratory failure in the respiratory department, and observe the inserting time of proseal laryngeal mask , success rate of the initial inserting,transcutaneous oxyhemoglobin saturation, heart rate, blood pressure.Results All of the 68 respiratory patients were successfully inserted the proseal laryngeal mask, the average of inserting time was( 11.3 ± 5.5 )seconds.64 patients were successfully inserted for the first time, the success rate was 94.1％ ( 64/68 ), after re-adjusting or re-inserting proseal laryngeal mask,the 4 remaining cases were successful,making the total success rate 100％.Conclusion Application of proseal laryngeal mask is a type of establishment of artificial airway, which can establish artificial airway rapidly and effectively for the effective ventilation with definite rescue effect ,where extensive application is expected.%目的 研究喉罩在呼吸内科危重患者人工呼吸道建立抢救中的应用.方法 呼吸内科68例呼吸衰竭患者在抢救中使用喉罩,建立人工呼吸道,观察喉罩置入时间、首次成功率、经皮血氧饱和度、心率、血压.结果 68例呼吸衰竭患者喉罩均被成功置入,置入时间(11.3±5.5)s,其中首次成功置入64例,成功率94.1%(64/68),余4例患者经调整喉罩位置或重新置入,取得成功,总成功率100%.结论 喉罩是一种人工呼吸道建立法,可以在呼吸内科危重患者中快速有效地建立人工呼吸道,进行有效通气,疗效明确,可广泛应用.
