超重及肥胖人群血清瘦素、脂联素和肿瘤坏死因子α水平的变化及其影响因素

摘要

Objectives To study the serum levels of leptin, adiponectin and TNF-α in over-weighted and obese subjects. Methods Fifty-two normal-weighted and 36 over-weighted/obese subjects were enrolled to collect fasting blood samples for the measurements of plasma glucose, plasma lipids, insulin,C-peptide , TWF-α, leptin,and adiponectin. Results The concentration of leptin wassignificantly higher in over-weighted/ohese subjects than that in normal -weight suhjects ( P ＜ 0. 01 ),The Pearson's correlation analvsis showed that serum leptin concentration was positively correlated with body mass index ( r = 0. 474.P ＜ 0. 01 ) in over-weighted/ohese subjects. The multiple regression analysis showed that body mass index and female were independent factors of serum leptin level in over-weighted/ohese subjects. Conclusions The concentrations of leptin are higher and body mass index and female are two independent factors of serum leptin in over-weighted and ohese subjects.%目的 探讨超重及肥胖人群中,血清脂联素、瘦素和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平及其影响因素.方法 52例正常体质量者和36例超重及肥胖人群,检测血糖、血脂、胰岛素、C肽、肿瘤坏死因子α、瘦素、脂联素.结果 与正常体质量人群相比,超重及肥胖人群中血清瘦素水平升高(P<0.01),并与体质量指数正相关(r=0.474,P<0.01),体质量指数和女性是血清瘦素水平的独立影响因素.结论 在超重及肥胖人群中,血清瘦素水平增高,并与体质量指数和女性相关.
