目的 评价独一味局部用药治疗牙周炎的有效性.方法 采用随机对照方法将120例牙周炎患者分成独一味实验组和对照组(各60例),龈上洁治和龈下刮治后,局部分别注入独一味和碘甘油,观察用药前后临床指标:菌斑指数、牙周袋深度、附着水平、龈沟出血指数的变化.结果 实验组总有效率为96.67%,对照组有效率为60.00%,两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 牙周炎治疗以机械的洁治、刮治为基础,独一味局部辅助用药能够提高牙周炎治疗的效果.%Objective To study the local effect of Lamiophlomis rotata capsules in periodontal disease. Methods Patients with periodontitis ( n = 120 ) were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. After supragingival and subgingival scalings,local Lamiophlomis rotata capsules or iodine glycerine were administrated into periodontal pockets. The plaque index, pocket depth, attachment level,and gingival sulcus bleeding index before and after the treatment were recorded. Results The total effective rate was 96.67％ in the treatment group while it was 60.0％ in the control group ( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion After supragingival and subgingival scalings, the local use of Lamiophlomis rotata capsules can improve the efficacy of the treatment of periodontal disease.
