混合皮肤移植中角朊细胞的免疫抑制功能研究进展

摘要

Skin-grafting is an important method in the bum cure.It is found that intermingled skin grafting using autologous skin islets inlaid in allogeneic skin sheets could delay graft rejection and improve epithelization.Autologous keratinocytes played an key role in the local immuno-suppression tested by various experiments in vivo and vitro.While B7-H1 expression on keratinocytes and its interaction with PD-1, the induced CD+4 CD+25 regulatory T cell( CD+4 CD+25 Treg) ,all this contributed to the immune tolerance.%皮肤移植是烧伤治疗的重要手段,运用混合皮肤移植技术,即异体皮中嵌入自体皮片,可缓解移植排斥反应,并加速上皮化速度.国内外学者进行体内外实验研究,发现此抑制作用是由自体皮中的角朊细胞引起的.关于自体角朊细胞介导免疫耐受的机制,主要与其自身表达共刺激分子B7-H1,与受体PD-1相互作用,以及诱导产生CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞等有关.
