miRNAs在KSHV致病机制中作用的研究进展

摘要

The occurrence of multiple cancers is associated with the ectopic expression of miRNA, including malignant tumors caused by Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpes virus ( KSHV).Now scientists have made great progress in the study of KSHV miRNAs that affect host cell immune system,regulate cell cycle, and alter biological behavior.This improvement which will also facilitate the current prevention and treatment of KSHV-induced cancers.This review will focus on the latest research progress of KSHV miRNA and discuss the role of KSHV miRNA in KSHV pathogenesis.%多种恶性肿瘤的发生过程都与miRNA的异位表达有关,其中就包括了Kaposi's肉瘤相关疱疹病毒(KSHV)引起的一系列恶性肿瘤.目前科学家在KSHV miRNAs影响宿主细胞免疫系统、调节细胞周期和改变生物学行为的机制等方面取得了一定进展,而这些进展也将促进目前对KSHV引起的恶性肿瘤的预防和治疗.现将以KSHV miRNA为研究对象,对其在KSHV致病机制中作用的最新研究进展予以综述.
