丹参酮ⅡA抗肿瘤作用的研究进展

     

摘要

Tanshinone Ⅱ A (Tan Ⅱ A) is the major component of Salvia miltiorrhiza bunge, which plays a role in the anti-inflammatory and anli-oxidanl response.It is mainly applied to treat cardiovascular diseases at present.Recent studies show that Tan Ⅱ A possesses cytotoxic activity against many human tumor cell lines, induces cell differentiation and apoptosis, and inhibits invasion and metastasis of cancer cells.As an anti-cancer drug,Tan Ⅱ A has a promising future in clinical application.The anti-cancer mechanisms are related to the inhibition of DNA synthesis and telomerase activity, regulation of apoptosis genes, interference with mitotic proteins,and alteration in the expression of tumor cell surface proteins.%丹参酮ⅡA(TanⅡA)是唇形科鼠尾草属植物丹参的主要有效成分,具有抗炎、抗氧化作用,目前主要用于治疗心血管疾病.TanⅡA对多种肿瘤细胞有直接杀伤作用,并可诱导肿瘤细胞分化和凋亡,抑制肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移,因此TanⅡA作为抗肿瘤药物具有较好的临床应用前景.其抗肿瘤作用机制与抑制DNA合成、抑制端粒酶活性、影响凋亡相关基因、干扰有丝分裂相关蛋白、改变肿瘤细胞表面蛋白的表达等因素有关.
