上尿路结石的治疗进展

摘要

随着腔内设备和生物材料的更新和进步,上尿路结石的治疗方法也有了明显的变化,微创治疗愈来愈显示优越性,经皮肾镜技术和输尿管镜,包括硬镜和软镜的应用取得了长足的进展,目前已成为泌尿系结石治疗的主要手段.关于这两种方法的经验交流愈来愈深入,经验积累也越来越丰富.体外碎石随着设备技术的进步,适应证逐渐放宽,其治疗结石的重要性重新被认识.%With the development of intracavitary equipment and biomaterials,threatments for upper urinary tract stones have undergone a dramatic change. For example,the minimally invasive procedure is displaying its superiority more and more. Percutaneous nephrolithotomy and ureteroscopes are fundamental methods, which have gone a full-grown progress and accumulated lots of experiences and lessons. Now,the importance of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy has been recognized again along with the progress of the equipment and technology and the widening of the indications.
