硫化氢与脏器功能变化关系性研究进展

     

摘要

Bearing the public image of a deadly " gas of rotten eggs" , hydrogen sulfide( H2S )is well known as a toxic gas. Until in the middle period of 1990s, endogenous H2S functions as a neuromodulator in the brain. Increasing research show that H2S is a new class of gaseous signaling molecule,besides nitric oxide and carbon monoxide. Literature on H2S and relevant diseases shows that H2S is involved in many physiological and pathological processes in vivo, and protects many organs and systems. Recent study results revealed that H2 S played an active role in organ function protection after burns.%硫化氢(H2S)是一种带有臭鸡蛋味的有毒气体,以其毒性而闻名.20世纪90年代中期,科学家证明人体内源性硫化氢可作为一种神经活性物质而存在.越来越多的研究证明,H2S是继一氧化氮和一氧化碳后发现的一种新型气体信号分子.有关H2S与相关疾病的文献分析发现,H2S广泛参与机体多种生理、病理过程,且在许多器官和系统中起着保护作用.近来研究发现,硫化氢对烧伤后脏器功能的保护产生积极作用.
