重症医学科细菌分布情况及药物敏感分析

         

摘要

目的 探讨重症医学科内细菌分布及药物敏感情况,为指导抗菌药物的使用、减少院内感染提供依据.方法 回顾性研究2011年9~12月重症监护病房采集的89例感染患者阳性标本155份,包括痰液(81份)、尿液(29份)、血液(24份)、导管(13份)及引流液(8份),采用WalkAway 96全自动微生物鉴定仪进行鉴定,采用纸片扩散(K-B)法对细菌进行常规药敏检测,根据NCCLS2005版标准判断结果.结果 重症医学科患者感染的主要细菌为G-菌.在G-菌感染中,鲍曼不动杆菌占首位,排名第2位的是铜绿假单胞菌.结论 积极治疗原发疾病、合理使用抗菌药物、减少侵袭性操作、缩短各种置管的留置时间可有效控制医院感染.%Objective To study the distribution of bacterial infection in intensive care unit (ICU) and detect their antimicrobial susceptibility to guide the medication and reduce hospital infection. Methods Retrospective study of September to December 2011 ICU acquired infection in 89 cases of patients with positive specimens of 155 positive samples, which were identified by Walk Away 96 automated microbial identification system, including sputum(81 samples) ,urine(29 samples) ,blood(24 samples) .catheter(13 samples)and drainage(8 samples) ,was done. Bacterial drug susceptibility test was performed on strains using standard Kirby-Bauer method,and NCCLS2005 was used to judge the results. Results The major infected bacteria in ICU were Gram-negative. In the Gram-negative bacteria infection, acinetobacter baumannii infections occupied the first place, followed by pseudomonas aeruginosa. Conclusion Active treatment of primary disease, rational use of antibiotics, reduction the invasive operation, and shortening the time of indwelling catheter, are the effective ways to control the nosocomial infection.
