地佐辛的临床应用研究

摘要

Dezocine can reduce opioids consumption and enhance the analgesic effect during multi-modal analgesia. Dezocine for preemptive analgesia can effectively relieve postoperative incision pain, reduce the inflammatory response, and ease the pain of cancer patients. Combined with propofol, analgesic and antiemetic effects of dezocine are more obvious, and the propofol consumption is reduced. Because of the effective analgesia, dezocine can reduce the incidence of agitation in the general anesthesia recovery period and keep hemodynamic stability during tracheal intubation, and inhibit cardiovascular response caused by endotracheal intubation.%地佐辛用于多模式术后镇痛,可减少阿片类药物用量,增强镇痛效果;用于超前镇痛能有效地缓解术后切口疼痛、减轻炎性反应,以及缓解癌症患者的疼痛.其与丙泊酚联合,镇痛及止吐作用更明显,能减少丙泊酚的用量;地佐辛通过有效镇痛而减少患者在全麻苏醒期躁动的发生率,能维持气管插管期间血流动力学的稳定,抑制气管括管所造成的心血管反应.
