医务人员对艾滋病知识、态度和行为现状及干预的研究进展

摘要

With the widespread of AIDS on a global scale, its prevention and control are increasingly important. The knowledge,attitudes and practice( KAP) of medical personnel towards AIDS are directly related to AIDS' prevention and control. Here is a review about research on KAP of medical staff towards AIDS and effect of intervening measures, which provides some facts for further intervening measures to enhance medical staff's knowledge on AIDS' prevention and control,reduce discriminatory attitudes,strengthen protective behavior of occupational exposures and promote the prevention and control of AIDS in China.%随着艾滋病在全球范围内的广泛流行,其防治工作愈加艰巨,医务人员对艾滋病的知识、态度和行为(KAP)直接关系着艾滋病防治工作的开展.现就近年来国内外有关医务人员对艾滋病KAP及干预措施的研究予以综述,分析当前医务人员对艾滋病KAP现状及干预措施的效果,为进一步提高医务人员对艾滋病防治知识水平、改善歧视态度、强化职业暴露防护行为和积极采取相应KAP干预措施提供依据,从而推动我国艾滋病防治工作的进展.
