The method involves emitting an alert signal from an accident victim towards an emergency management center, and locating a rescuer nearest to the victim and transmitting the alert signal to the rescuer such that intervention of emergency is performed before arrival of emergency services. The localization step of the rescuer nearest to the victim is repeated until the rescuer is intervened, where the management center handles alert messages and mobilization of an emergency unit. An independent claim is also included for a system for automatically alerting emergency to a rescuer to assist an accident victim.
