多种信号通路调节和维持子宫平滑肌在妊娠期间的相对静止平衡,及在分娩期过渡到收缩状态.细胞内的环磷酸腺苷通过对多种胞内靶点的影响,促进子宫肌层的松弛.现就环腺苷酸信号通路中所涉及的酶及新靶点,如腺苷酸环化酶、磷酸二酯酶、磷酸腺苷激活蛋白激酶等,及其在早产中的可能应用予以综述.%Multiple signalling pathways govern the switch from maintaining relative uterine quiescence during gestation, to the contractile state at term.
