心肌营养素1与原发性高血压病的研究新进展

         

摘要

CT-1 is a new biomarker discovered in recent years. CT-1 plays an important regulatory role in pathophysiology changes of essential hypertension. Plasma level of CT-1 is elevated in patients with hypertension. CT-1 is involved in the pathological process of vascular inflammation, vascular remodeling and ventricular remodeling. The plasma level of CT-1 is associated with hypertensive heart failure and can assist the diagnosis of stage C heart failure. Basic studies have found that CT-1 may paly a role in lowering blood pressure through a nitric oxide-regulated pathway. The 1742( C/G polymorphism of the human CT-1 gene play a role in inhibition of cardiac hypertrophy. These studies will provide new ideas to clinical prevention and treatment of hypertension.%心肌营养素1(CT-1)是近年来新发现的生物标志物,CT-1对原发性高血压病的病理生理变化起着重要的调节作用.高血压患者CT-1血浆水平升高.CT-1参与了血管炎症、血管重构和心室重构的病理过程.血浆CT-1水平与高血压性心力衰竭相关,可辅助诊断高血压C期心力衰竭.基础性研究发现CT-1通过一氧化氮调节途径发挥降低血压的作用.CT-1基因1742(C/G)基因多态性GG基因型具有抑制心肌肥厚的作用.这些研究将为临床预防和治疗高血压病提供全新的思路.
