With the development of imaging, solid pseudopapillary neoplasms( SPJN )of the pancreas and the treatment are drawing more and more attention. SPJN is an uncommon but distinct pancreatic neoplasm with a low malignancy, typically arise in young women, accurate diagnosis generally can be made by computer tomography. The patients have a relatively favorable prognosis after surgical resection. The kinds of operation of the pancreas tumor haven't been uniformed, and it's also not clear about the sensitivity of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Here is to summarize the current understanding of the clinical features, pathology, imaging features , and treatment of SPJN.%近年来,随着影像学的发展,胰腺实性假乳头状瘤(SPN)及其治疗越来越受到关注.SPN是一种罕见的胰腺良性或低度恶性肿瘤,好发于中青年女性,本病预后良好,影像学检查是其主要的诊断手段,手术治疗是其最主要的治疗方式,但对其手术方式的选择不统一,对化疗和放疗的敏感性尚不清楚.现就SPN的临床、病理、影像学特点及其治疗的研究进展予以综述.
