目的 探讨β微管蛋白-Ⅲ在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中表达与紫杉醇疗效的关系.方法 回顾性分析63例接受紫杉醇化疗NSCLC患者的临床资料.应用免疫组织化学技术,检测NSCLC、肺大泡、肺隔离症等组织的β微管蛋白-Ⅲ表达情况,并对疗效进行分析.结果 β微管蛋白-Ⅲ在NSCLC中阳性表达率为65.08%(41/63),高于对照组的阳性表达率27.27%(3/11),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).β微管蛋白-Ⅲ阳性表达与分化程度有关,高表达者阳性率为42.10%(8/19),中-低表达者阳性率为84.09%(37/ 44),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).β微管蛋白-Ⅲ阳性表达与患者的性别、是否吸烟、病理类型均无明显关系.化疗有效率为68.25%(43/63),β微管蛋白-Ⅲ低表达组有效率为89.43%,其高表达组为33.47%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 β微管蛋白-Ⅲ表达高低与紫杉醇的疗效有一定关系,低表达组患者更有利于使用紫杉醇类药物,可以为临床用药提供一定的依据.%Objective To detect the relationship between expression of β-tubulin-Ⅲ and drug efficacy to paclitaxel in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCIX ). Methods 63 patients of NSCIX treated with paclitaxel were enrolled in this study and their clinical data were collected retrospectively for analysis. The expression of β-tubulin-Ⅲ in NSCLC ,bulla and pulmonary sequestration was detected by immunohistochemical technique, the data were collected and analyzed. Results Positive expression rate of β-tubulin-Ⅲ in NSCLC was 65.08%( 41/63 ),positive expression rate of the control group was 27. 27% ( 3/11 ),significant difference ( P < 0.05 ). Expression of β-tubulin- Ⅲ was significantly correlated with the degree of differentiation( P < 0. 05 ),and the expression rate in well,moderately-poorly differentiated was 42.10%( 8/19 )and 84.09%( 37/ 44) respectively, with significant difference( P <0. 05 ). The expression of β-tubulin-Ⅲ was not correlated with sex,smoking status,and histological types. The response rate( CR + PR)was 68. 25%( 43/63 ),The response rate of low expression of β-tubulin-Ⅲ group was higher than the over-expression group,with 89.43% and 33.47% respectively,significant difference( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion It has certain relations between expression of β-tubulin-Ⅲ and drug efficacy of paclitaxel, the low expression group is more conducive to use paclitaxel and offers some basis for clinical medication.
