The prognosis of acute lymphoblastic leukemia( ALL )is different with different dangerous stages, whilet most of patients with ALL died after recurrence due to the difficult treatment,one reason of which is the existence of the leukemia stem cells( LSCs )in ALL. The immune characteristics of ALL LSCs is not very clear now, LSCs interaction with the bone marrow micro-environment,resulting the signal pathway activation such as SCF/c-kit pathway and Notch pathway, mediates leukemia cells proliferation, migration and induces drug-resistance. Clear signal pathway and targeted intervention on the signal pathway may achieve effect in the treatment of some recurrent ALL.%急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患者因不同危险分层预后不同,大部分患者因复发难治而死亡,其复发难治原因之一是体内存在白血病干细胞(LSCs).ALL干细胞免疫特征目前不是很明确,LSCs与骨髓微环境相互作用,介导多条信号通路(如SCF/c-kit、Notch)等激活导致白血病细胞增殖、迁移、诱发耐药.明确各条信号通路作用及机制,靶向干预信号通路,可能达到有效治疗某些难治性白血病的目的.
