20例儿童特应性皮炎舌下特异性免疫治疗的疗效初探

摘要

目的 探讨特应性皮炎(AD)患者舌下特异性免疫治疗(SLIT)的临床疗效.方法 选择本院粉尘螨SIgE≥2级的AD患儿40例,按患儿监护人的意愿分配入组,治疗组和对照组,各20例,治疗组采用粉尘螨SLIT,对照组仅只按病情需要予对症治疗.两组于治疗期间及治疗结束后半年进行随访,并判定疗效.结果治疗组有效率为90%,对照组有效率为60%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.8,P＜0.05).结论 SLIT可针对病因治疗改善AD临床症状,降低复发率,无严重不良反应,容易被儿童接受,值得临床推荐使用.%Objective To assess the effort of sublingual immunotherapy( SLIT )in children with atopic dermatitip( AD ). Methods 40 children with atopic dermatitip and sensitization to dust mites( SIgE ≥2 grade )were divided into two groups according to the choice of the guardians,20 rapep in each. Observation group were treated with SLIT. Control group were treated with regular heteropathy. Therapeutie effects of the two groups were assessed during the treatment and the follow-up in hall a year. Results The effective rate in observation group was 90% and 60% in control group, with statistically significant difference( x2 = 4. 8 ,P ＜ 0. 05 ). Conclusion SLIT can treat and improve AD clinical symptoms based on the causes, lower the recurrence without serious adverse effects, which is easily accepted by children, thus is worth of clinical promotion.
