氟尿嘧啶植入剂治疗恶性肿瘤的研究进展

摘要

The fluorouracil implants is a new type of sustained-release implant preparation,the main effective component of which is fluorouracil. The drug is the first State Food and Drug Administration approved controlled-release antitumor implants, with specific killing effect to tumors. The drug is limited to function in tumor, which improves the local drug concentration and shall not affect the normal cells, so as to improve the curative effect, extend effective drug concentration time, reduce the whole body side with, and realize the targeted cancer therapy. Here is to make a review on the principle and research progress of fluorouracil implants tumor therapy.%氟尿嘧啶植入剂是一种新型的植入用缓释制剂,主要有效成分为氟尿嘧啶.该药是国家食品药品监督管理局批准的第一个抗肿瘤控释植入剂,对肿瘤具有特异性杀伤作用.治疗药物限制在肿瘤部位发挥作用,提高局部药物浓度而不影响正常细胞,从而提高疗效,延长有效药物浓度时间,降低全身不良反应,实现靶向治疗肿瘤.现就氟尿嘧啶植入剂治疗肿瘤的原理及研究进展予以综述.
