早产低出生体质量儿早期营养支持研究进展

摘要

早产低出生体质量儿早期营养支持的问题,近年来国内外研究较多,许多观点逐步得到循证医学的证明.早期营养支持可提高早产低出生体质量儿的存活率,近期影响早产儿的生长和疾病转归,远期可导致宫外生长发育迟缓,引起身材矮小、免疫力低下、神经系统发育不良.早产低出生体质量儿早期营养支持可分为三阶段.营养目标是保证在宫外环境中继续生长,然后适当追赶性生长.%More research at home and abroad on early nutritional support to preterm low birth-weight children has been done in recent years,many opinions have been gradually proved by evidence-based medicine. Early nutritional support can improve preterm low birth weight children's survival,the recent growth of premature children and affect disease outcome, long-term can lead to ectopic growth retardation, short stature, low immunity, nervous system dysplasia. The early nutritional support to preterm low birth-weight children can be divided into three stages. Nutritional goal is to ensure continued growth in the extrauterine environment, then the appropriate catch-up growth.
