MicroRNA与心血管疾病

     

摘要

MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类具有转录后调节活性的内源性小分子RNA,通过碱基互补配对,与靶信使RNA(mRNA)的3′端非编码区(3′-UTR)序列相互识别,引起靶mRNA的降解和(或)翻译抑制.最近研究表明,miRNAs在血管和心脏中高度表达,而在病变的血管中,心肌缺血和缺血性心律失常中它们的表达是失调的,miRNAs可作为心血管疾病的新型治疗靶标.现回顾总结有关miRNAs在心血管疾病中作用的研究进展.%MicroRNA( miRNA )are a class of endogenous small RNA involved in post-transcriptional regulation through binding to complementary sequences that are usually located in the 3'-untranslated region( 3'-UTR )of target mRNA,then trigger mRNA cleavage and/or translational repression. Recent studies have identified that miRNAs are highly expressed in vasculature and heart and their expression is dysregulated in diseased vessels, myocardial ischemia and ischemic arrhythmia. miRNAs may serve as novel therapeutic targets for cardiovascular diseases. Here is to make a review on the research progress regarding the roles of miRNAs in cardiovascular diseases.
