目的 探讨无创正压通气对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的治疗效果.方法 我院收治110例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组行常规治疗,试验组行常规治疗联合NIPPV治疗.结果 试验组患者在接受治疗后其血气分析结果明显优于对照组(P＜0.05);两组患者相关并发症以及Borg分级比较,试验组患者明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者实施NIPPV进行治疗,可提高患者治疗效果,降低相关并发症发生以及病死率,提高患者预后.%Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of non-invasive positive pressure ventila-tion( NIPPV ) for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD ) with acute exacerbation type II respiratory failure. Methods 110 elderly patients from our hospital with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with a-cute exacerbation of type II respiratory failure in patients,were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,the control group were treated with conventional treatment,the experimental group were treated with conventional therapy with NIPPV. Results The patients of the experimental group were treated and their blood gas were better than the control group( P <0.05 ); the related complications and Borg rating the experimental group were significantly better than the control group( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion NIPPV treatment for the elderly with COPD acute exacerbation with type II respiratory failure can improve the therapeutic efficacy,reduce the associated complications and mortality,and impove the prognosis.
