ACTN3-C1747T、ACE-I/D基因多态性在运动员选才中的应用研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the scientific nature of the application of the ACTN3-C1747T and ACE-I/D gene polymorphism in selecting athletes of possessing of explosive force and the endurance ability.Methods We extracted genome DAN of 30 Chinese Han national excellent athletes,and analyzed ACTN3-C1747T, ACE-l/D polymorphism sites by applying gene sequencing or PCR banding variance methods.Test data was analyzed through the x2 test and compared to 60 normal controls.Results ACTN3-C1747T, ACE-l/D polymorphism genotype distribution analyzed by x2 test accorded with H-W balance( P >0.05 ).Excellent athletes and controls ACTN3-C1747T polymorphic genotype distribution had significant difference( P < 0.05 ),alleles distribution also had significant difference{ P <0.05 );ACE-I/D polymorphism genotype distribution showed changing trend.Conclusion The CC genotype of ACTN3-C1747T of Han people in China and excellent quality of explosiveness has significant correlation.CC genotype of ACTN3-C1747T could be a molecular marker of China's Han explosion type athletes; genotype Ⅱ of ACE-I/D polymorphism and excellent endurance quality has certain relevance, and it could be used as a molecular marker reference factor of the Chinese Han endurance athletes.%目的 探讨ACTN3-C1747T、ACE-I/D基因多态性在爆发力、耐力型运动员选才中应用的科学性.方法 提取30名中国汉族中超联赛足球运动员全血DAN,应用基因测序或琼脂糖凝胶电泳法解析ACTN3-C1747T、ACE-I/D多态位点,χ2 检验与60名普通人的对照组进行分析.结果 ACTN3-C1747T、ACE-I/D多态位点的基因型分布经χ2 检验符合H-W平衡(P>0.05).运动员组与对照组ACTN3-C1747T多态位点的基因型分布差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),等位基因分布差异也具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05),短跑运动成绩与基因型显著相关.ACE-I/D多态位点的基因型分布具有变化趋势,长跑运动成绩与基因型有一定的相关性,但不显著.结论 我国汉族中超联赛足球运动员的ACTN3-C1747T多态位点的CC基因型和优秀的爆发力素质显著相关,可以作为中国汉族爆发力型运动员的选才分子标记;ACE-(I/D)多态位点的Ⅱ基因型与优秀的耐力素质有一定的相关性,可以作为中国汉族耐力型运动员选才分子标记的参考因子.
