射频消融在肺癌多学科综合治疗中的作用

摘要

肺癌射频消融(RFA)是利用频率为460 kHz的电磁波直接灭活肿瘤组织的一种局部治疗方法,具有肿瘤灭活效果好、微创安全、可重复进行等优点.在早期肺癌,RFA可以使病灶完全灭活,达到无病生存;对于中晚期肺癌和肺转移瘤,RFA能最大限度地减少瘤负荷,延长无疾病进展时间.RFA作为肺癌多学科综合治疗的重要手段之一,应根据患者的个体情况,并与放疗、化疗或生物靶向治疗相结合,以取得综合疗效.%Radiofrequency ablation( RFA )is a kind of local treatment for lung cancer, using the 460 kHZ electromagnetic wave to inactivate tumor tissue directly, which is with the features of good inactivation effect, minimally-invasive and safe, and repeatahle etc..In the early stage of lung cancer, RFA can make lesions completely inactivated, and achieve disease-free survival.As for the middle-late stage of lung cancer and pulmonary metastasis,RFA can minimize the tumor size,and prolong the no-progression survival.As one of the multidisciplinary treatment of lung cancer,RFA can improve the curative effect obviously according to patient's individual situation, combining with radiotherapy, chemotherapy or biological targeted therapy.
