Objective To study the application of spinal and epidural combined anesthesia in abdominal operation and the effect on traction reaction. Methods During the period March 2008 to October 2010,100 cases of the patients from Mianyang Central Hospital for abdominal operation were retrospectively analyzed, and all patients were divided into two groups randomly:test group and control group,50 cases in each. Systolic blood pressure( SBP ), diastolic blood pressure( DBP ), heart rate( HR ), pulse oxygen saturation( SpO2 ) changes and traction reaction before anesthesia and 15 minutes after anesthesia and during surgical traction of the two groups were compared. Results Anesthesia time of the test group was shorter( P <0. 05 );SBP and DBP 15 minutes after anesthesia and during surgical traction were obviously decreased from before the anes-thesia( P <0. 05 ), traction reaction occurrence of the test group was significantly less than the control group ( P <0.05 ). Conclusion Spinal and epidural combined anesthesia is with the advantages of fast acting, small dosage,less traction reactions and short anesthesia time,which has a high safety and efficacy in abdominal surgery.%目的 探讨腰硬联合麻醉在腹部手术中的应用及对牵拉反应的影响.方法 选择2008年3月至2010年10月在绵阳市中心医院采用腰硬联合麻醉进行腹部手术患者100例,随机分为两组,试验组和对照组各50例,比较两组患者麻醉前与麻醉后15 min以及手术牵拉时收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)、脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2)的变化情况与牵拉反应发生情况.结果 试验组麻醉时间较短(P<0.05),麻醉后15 min及手术牵拉时SBP、DBP较麻醉前明显下降(P<0.05),且试验组牵拉反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 腰硬联合麻醉具有麻醉作用快、药物用量小、牵拉反应少以及麻醉时间短等优点,在腹部手术中应用具有较高的安全性和有效性.
