p38 MAPK在成骨细胞中的表达及其机制的研究进展

摘要

目前，国内外对 p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶( p38MAPK)的表达进行的大量研究表明， p38MAPK参与了成骨细胞分化及增殖的过程，并在其中起到了重要作用。相关研究主要涉及p38MAPK在细胞受到应力刺激时的表达及作用机制等，目的在于对p38MAPK在成骨细胞的分化及增值过程中的表达及作用机制更加深入地研究，以进一步证实其对骨折的愈合是否可提供临床参考价值。%At present,a large number of studies have been done on the expression of the p38MAPK both domestically and abroad. p38MAPK participated in the differentiation and proliferation of osteoblast and played the key role. The related researches are mainly with regards to the expression and mechanism of p38MAPK when the cell was stimulated by the stress,to analyze the expression and mechanism of p38MAPK in the differentiation and proliferation of osteoblast, to demonstrate if this have clinical instructive signfini-cance in the treatment of the fracture.
