高敏心肌肌钙蛋白在急性心肌梗死中应用的研究进展

Early and quick diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction is the key to reduce mortalityHighsensitivity cardiac troponin(hs-cTn) is more sensitive and accurate than conventional cardiac troponin. It is preferred in early diagnosis,prognostic prediction and risk stratification of acute myocardial infarction,and has become a focus recently. There′re still doubts about reference range,diagnostic cut-off, outcome identifi%急性心肌梗死的早期快速诊断是降低病死率的关键。高敏心肌肌钙蛋白( hs-cTn)检测较常规心肌肌钙蛋白检测诊断敏感性和分析精密度均较高，有利于急性心肌梗死的早期快速诊断、预后评估和危险分层，成为近年来研究的热点。但其在参考范围和诊断界值确定、检测结果判读等方面仍存在很多争议。该文阐述了近年来hs-cTn在急性心肌梗死中应用的研究现状和存在的问题。
