颈椎棘突骨折的研究进展

摘要

颈椎棘突骨折因为症状相对较轻，且X线片上因为周围结构的遮挡而难以发现骨折的存在，所以常常被临床医师所忽视。另外，虽然颈椎棘突骨折的患者保守治疗常常可以获得满意的临床效果，但近来不断有报道，保守治疗容易发生骨折延迟愈合及不愈合、疼痛持续存在等并发症，因此很多学者提出，需要根据骨折的不同类型采取不同的治疗方式。然而，针对不同类型的颈椎棘突骨折，哪些需要手术治疗，采取哪些手术方式尚无一致明确的定论。%Cervical vertebra spinous process fracture has mild symptom and is often obscured on X radio-graphs by overlying surrounding structures,so it is always ignored by clinicians. Although patients with cervi-cal vertebra spinous process fracture can have a good prognosis after conservative treatment,many case reports describe that conservative treatment can result in complications such as nonunion or delayed osseous union, residual pain and so on. AS a result,many scholars suggest that we need different therapies for different types of cervical vertebra spinous process fracture. However,it is not clear and definite that when and how to choose the operative treatments according to the different types of fracture.
