The device has distinct parts e.g. male and female anchoring parts (1, 2), anchored to corresponding spines of a vertebra by a notch (3), where the male and female parts are assembled together by a dismantling preventing system. A male cylinder (7) is provided with a flange (8) having flat sections (9). An oblong female opening (12) is opened in a large opening (16). The male part is provided with a transversal slot (6). A convex wall contacts an opposite concave part (11) of the female part. The female part is provided with the oblong opening to receive the flange and the cylinder.
