紫龙金联合化疗治疗Ⅰ期肺腺癌患者术后疗效分析

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effect of zilongjin tablets combined with gemcitabine and cisplatin(GP) chemotherapy treating lung adenocarcinoma in early stage after operation.Methods A total of 120 stage Ⅰ lung adenocarcinoma patients admitted to Respiratory Medicine Department in Nongken Sanya Hospital of Hainan Province from Jan.2008 to Dec.2012 were randomly divided into operation group and chemotherapy group,60 cases each.The operation group received operation only,and the chemotherapy group was given zilongjin tablets combined with GP chemotherapy on the basis of operation .Then the indexes of short term curative effect and life quality were compared between the two groups .Results The total remis-sion rate of the chemotherapy group was 76.7% (46/60),much higher than the operation group(58.3%(35/60)(P <0.05).The scores of physiological function,somatic diseases,general situation,vigor,social function,sentiment function and emotional health of the chemotherapy group were much higher than the oper-ation group [(57.6 ±15.8) scores vs (33.8 ±13.5) scores,(34.4 ±11.2) scores vs (27.4 ±11.4) scores,(63.1 ±14.4) scores vs (38.4 ±13.2) scores,(40.5 ±12.2) scores vs (30.6 ±9.7) scores, (56.7 ±11.4) scores vs (39.2 ±8.5) scores,(70.6 ±13.3) scores vs (46.6 ±14.8) scores,(51.7 ± 16.5) scores vs (35.2 ±13.3) scores,(68.8 ±14.3) scores vs (48.7 ±9.5) scores,all P <0.01]. Conclusion Zilongjin tablets combined with GP chemotherapy treating lung adenocarcinoma in early stage , can significantly improve the patients′life quality and raise the total remission rate .%目的：探讨紫龙金联合吉西他滨＋顺铂（ GP）化疗方案治疗早期肺腺癌术后的临床效果。方法将2008年1月至2012年12月海南省农垦三亚医院呼吸内科收治的120例Ⅰ期肺腺癌手术患者随机分为手术组和化疗组，各60例。手术组单纯采用手术治疗，而化疗组在手术组的基础上采用紫龙金联合GP化疗方案；比较两组的近期疗效、生活质量等指标。结果化疗组的总缓解率为76.7％（46／60），手术组为58.3％（35／60），两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；化疗组的生理功能、生理职能、躯体疾病、一般状况、精力、社会功能、情感功能、精神健康等维度指标得分均显著高于手术组[（57.6±15.8）分比（33.8±13.5）分，（34.4±11.2）分比（27.4±11.4）分，（63.1±14.4）分比（38.4±13.2）分，（40.5±12.2）分比（30.6±9.7）分，（56.7±11.4）分比（39.2±8.5）分，（70.6±13.3）分比（46.6±14.8）分，（51.7±16.5）分比（35.2±13.3）分，（68.8±14.3）分比（48.7±9.5）分，均P＜0.01]。结论紫龙金联合GP化疗方案治疗早期肺腺癌，可明显改善患者的生活质量，提高总缓解率。
