肝脏树突状细胞在非酒精性脂肪性肝炎中的作用

摘要

目前，对于树突状细胞（ DCs）的研究一般集中于骨髓来源的DCs、脾脏 DCs及外周血DCs的形态学和免疫学特性。肝脏是人体内的重要免疫器官，肝脏DCs（ LDCs）有着不同于其他组织来源DCs的表型及功能。 LDCs在肝脏疾病的发生、发展过程中发挥着重要的作用。对 LDCs更加深入的研究，不但会对肝脏疾病的发生机制进一步的阐明，而且可以为肝脏疾病的诊断和治疗提供新的方法和思路。%Currently,the dendritic cells( DCs) research is generally focused on the morphological and immunological characteristics of bone marrow,spleen and peripheral blood derived DCs.Liver is an important immune organ of human body,and liver DCs(LDCs) are different from DCs derived from other tissues in phenotype and function.Research has suggested that LDCs play an important role in the occurrence and development of liver diseases.With further study of LDCs,it can be predicted that not only the pathogenesis of liver diseases will be further clarified ,but also new methods and ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of liver diseases will be provided.
