胰腺良性肿瘤的术前诊断及外科治疗进展

摘要

胰腺良性肿瘤包括上皮来源的肿瘤、非上皮来源的肿瘤和良性内分泌肿瘤，患者多无特异性临床表现，早期诊断困难，术前主要依靠病史结合实验室检查以及超声、CT、磁共振成像等影像学检查作出诊断。胰腺良性肿瘤一经发现需早期进行手术治疗，根据肿瘤部位、术中对病灶良恶性的判断等选择恰当的手术方式，以完整地切除肿瘤，并最大程度地保护胰腺的内分泌和外分泌功能。%Benign pancreatic neoplasms include epithelium originated tumors ,non-epithelium originated tumors and benign endocrine tumors,and the majority patients have no special clinical manifestation,so it is difficult to make early diagnosis.Medical record combined with laboratory examination and imaging such as ultrasonography,CT and MRI are helpful for preoperative diagnosis.Patients with benign pancreatic neo-plasms should receive surgical treatment in early stage, and correct surgical treatment should be selected according to the tumor position and nature of tumor discovered in surgery,to realize complete resection of the tumor while preserving the endocrine and exocrine functions of the pancrea to the most extent .
