支气管热成形术治疗难治性哮喘的应用进展

摘要

哮喘是一种以气道炎症、气道高反应性、气道重构为特征的慢性疾病，大多数哮喘患者吸入支气管扩张剂、糖皮质激素等药物能有效地控制哮喘症状。但仍有5％～10％的哮喘患者即使吸入大剂量药物仍难以控制，且治疗效果差。2010年，美国食品药品管理局批准支气管热成形术用于治疗难治性哮喘，大量前期研究已证明其安全性和有效性。该文就支气管热成形术治疗难治性哮喘的应用进展予以综述。%Asthma is a chronic disease characterized by airway inflammation , hyperresponsiveness and remodeling.These drugs such as inhaled bronchodilators, corticosteroids may control the development of asthma effectively for most patients.However, about 5%-10% of the patients are not responsive to these drugs,despite being treated with heavy dose of inhalant .Bronchial thermoplasty was approved by US Food and Drug Administration in 2010 to treat refractory asthma,which was proved effective and safe by many pre-vious researches.Here is to make a review of the application progress of brochial thermoplasty in treating refractory asthma.
