长链非编码RNA在心脏疾病中的研究进展

大规模的哺乳动物转录分析确定了一类相当数量的不编码蛋白质的 RNA分子，称为非编码RNA。长链非编码RNA（ lncRNA）是一种核苷酸长度＞200 nt的功能性 RNA分子，没有蛋白质编码能力。 lncRNA参与调控机体的生长发育、细胞凋亡、增殖、分化等，广泛地参与机体的生理与病理过程，与多种疾病密切相关。目前 lncRNA 的数量、功能和作用机制尚不清楚。最近的研究揭示， lncRNA 在心脏发育和心脏疾病中起着潜在作用。%Large-scale analyses of mammalian transcriptomes have identified a significant number of dif-ferent RNA molecules that are not translated into protein,called non-coding RNA.Long non-coding RNA ( lncRNA) is a functional RNA molecule longer than 200 nt,with little or no protein-coding capacity.They are involved in development,apoptosis,proliferation and differentiation,widely participation in physiological and pathological processes of the body,and closely associated with many diseases.The numbers,functions and mechanisms of lncRNA remain unclear.A recent study reveals lncRNA plays a potential role in cardiac development and diseases.
